To elevate this journey, Rosie serves as the intuitive heart of our practice. Drawing on the rich life experience, emotional intelligence, and cultural depth of a grounded Sikh woman, she brings an unmatched warmth, discernment, and a profound understanding of what makes a union truly last.
As a mother of two, this work is deeply personal to Rosie; she naturally brings that same protective care, dedication, and desire for the absolute best to her clients that she holds for her own children.
As the Co-Founder and Matchmaker of Ik Dil & Co Birleena brings a modern lens to our practice. Having mastered her practice under the mentorship of the same premier London matchmaker, she beautifully navigates the bridge between traditional values and contemporary life.
Birleena deeply understands the unique challenges faced by today's Sikh professionals— balancing career ambitions with family expectations, and honouring heritage while forging individual paths. Her role is to ensure that the service continuously evolves while staying undeniably true to its core principles.
